AP/DP Network

Our Assistant and Deputy Principals have built a strong network through regular hui, providing a space to share ideas, support one another, and dive into professional learning together. These gatherings have created opportunities to talk openly about the unique aspects of our roles, learn from each other’s experiences, and build leadership capability across our schools.

This network will continue beyond the Kāhui Ako, with members committed to meeting once a term and sharing the workload to keep the kaupapa alive. It’s a great example of collaboration and collective leadership in action.

Thanks to Lois Erceg-Erkilic for her mahi in this space, taking the lead as an Across School Teacher from 2024-2025.
