2019 marked the first year of completing our WST inquiries. To document this milestone, we engaged local videographer Paul Dodge to capture the mahi of our Kāhui Ako. These videos were developed to ensure the learning could be shared across our rohe and beyond, supporting other educators to access and build on this professional knowledge.
The three levers for change in 2019 were Transitions, Engaging with Whānau, and Adaptions. Across all of this mahi, culturally sustaining best practice was prioritised, with student and whānau voice and agency underpinning the inquiry process and wider Kāhui Ako work.
